Mr. Sanderson has been involved in over 50 mergers, acquisitions and financings, with an aggregate value in excess of $2.5 billion. Prior to forming Gateway Partners, Mr. Sanderson was a co-founder of W. E. Myers & Company, one of the largest acquisition search firms in the United States. Earlier in his career, he worked for GBS, Inc., then a subsidiary of Chemical Bank-Investment Banking Division, where he exclusively represented shareholders in the sale of their businesses. He started his career in the consulting services group of Price Waterhouse. Mr. Sanderson holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.

Ms. Dana has been involved in over 20 transactions with an aggregate value of over $1.5 billion.  Prior to joining GPI, Ms. Dana spent 20 years on Wall Street with a number of firms including RBC Capital Markets, Bear Stearns & Co, Inc., Smith Barney, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and JP Morgan Chase & Co. Ms. Dana holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an M.B.A. in Finance with a concentration in accounting from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
