From the San Diego Airport:

Exit the airport onto Harbor Drive heading towards downtown. Turn Left on Laurel, then left on India St. Follow the signs to I-5 north on India Street. Take I-5 north for 10 miles to the La Jolla Village Drive exit. Turn right onto La Jolla Village drive. At the fifth light, turn right onto Towne Centre Drive. Immediately turn into the first driveway on the left. GPI is in the building on your left, La Jolla Gateway I on the corner of La Jolla Village Drive and Towne Centre Drive.
